保固服務與維修

為維護客戶的保固權益以及鼓勵客戶向直營展示中心購買原廠保固商品：以下情況，無論保固期內或超過與否皆需酌收運費及服務費。且保固期限以原廠出廠型號及日期為準。

非雅浩家具展示中心直購以及非雅浩家具認可的經銷商購買的客戶。
非雅浩會員以及無法提供在雅浩家具購買證明的客戶(例如:從國外運回或購買二手椅)
雅浩家具不受理商品保固資格轉讓(例如:在網路轉售的客戶。)
無出廠貼紙及組裝型產品之保固期以到貨日起計(客戶需提供購買證明)，保固期間以原廠公告為準。
非正常使用下之損壞皆不在保固範圍內。( 例如：人為因素 / 不當操作 / 自行拆解等 )
HMI台灣總代理雅浩家具保有最終解釋商品保固之權利。

自2020年元月1日起，於雅浩家具直營展示中心及雅浩家具認可之經銷商購入之HMI人體工學椅享原廠12年保固。Herman Miller商品/零件/配件及其它品牌之原廠保固期，請詳見官網說明。
